Dudley Town Common Farmers’ Market Opens June 6th!

Tuesday, June 6th marks the opening of The Food Project’s Farmers’ Market at Dudley Town Common. This year’s Market will take place two days a week, Tuesday & Thursday, from 4pm to 7pm. The Market runs throughout the summer and early fall, with the last market day being on Halloween! Dudley Town Common is located at the corner of Blue Hill Avenue and Dudley Street, a few blocks from The Food Project’s urban office.  Click here for the rest of this entry…

The Food Project Institute 2006

Join people from around the country at The Food Project’s annual Institute, Wednesday August 2nd through August 4th, 2006.

Food Project staff will lead participates through three days of intensive training on youth programming, organizational management, and fundraising. You’ll learn on location at our rural and urban farm sites. Visit our commercial kitchen where youth and adults will be preparing farm fresh meals. Work side by side with summer youth program participants and learn about The Food Project from their perspective. Enjoy an evening of food and friends as we invite our Institute participants to celebrate the farm bounty and the friendship we discover through exchange, fellowship and learning.
