Chef Ming Tsai of the television show “Simply Ming” and Blue Ginger Restaurant in Wellesley visited The Food Project’s Langdon lot in Roxbury July 27th to shoot segments on cilantro and garlic.
Watch the upcoming season of “Simply Ming” to see our own Danielle Andrews and urban agriculture interns strut their stuff. The show “Episode 315: Garlic Lime Aioli” will air Saturday, February 25 at 2:30pm, and the second show, “Episode 317: Cilantro Oil” will follow in the weeks soon after.
